Other miscellaneous explanatory notes:

Dog was humanely euthanized due to very low quality of life, she was advanced in years, had extreme anxiety, severe stomach and gut distress and several phobias. She was taken to the vets, plus then to vet specialists in several different areas, but she only made a slight unsustainable improvement.
