Other miscellaneous explanatory notes:

Columns F, K, and L - This report is being filed to solely clear out the two dogs pulled from the Caroline County Animal Shelter in 2023. One dog was adopted and the other dog was transferred to A Tail To Be Told Animal Rescue in 2023.
Our VDACS account was closed due to the fact we are no longer involved in taking custody, adopting out, or housing any animals and have not taken any animals into our custody since 2017 until 2023. In 2023, we had a Board Member pull two dogs from the Caroline County Animal Shelter. As stated above, one dog was adopted and the other dog was transferred to A Tail To Be Told Animal Rescue. We currently operate solely to offer financial assistance to pet owners that have pets in need of veterinary care that cannot afford to have the necessary medical treatment completed. We also offer assistance for Spay/Neuter, shots, food, etc. for people's pets when needed. HSCC feels it is important for people to keep their pets as comfort, support, etc. during hard times.
