As Radford Animal Control Shelter was impacted by Hurricane Helene, our capacity for cats and small animals has been affected as we do not have a functioning facility to care for them, while a forward action plan is underway, we have focused on helping sick or injured community/feral cats and that has resulted in humane euthanasia.
