Released 4 felines into the custody of " I Luv U More 2nd Chance Sanctuary" in Elberon, Virginia. At the times of release, this agency was not aware that this "sanctuary" was not a 501c3 or an incorporation that would meet the requirements set forth in VA Code 3.2-6549 to be considered a releasing agency. Records for these felines are updated to reflect this mistake.
