Dog was found injured in the road. Animal Control (AC) tried to find the owner. There was no owner identification on the dog's collar. AC took the dog to La Crosse Animal Hospital (LAH) to be euthanized. LAH wanted to try to find the owner and save the dog. LAH took possession of the dog.
