the dog in question was taken into custody due to the owner being evicted and trespassed from the property and camper when the dog was, after speaking with the owner of the property and the owner of the dog, the dog was taken to the sheriffs office when the dog was returned to the owner, the dog was not a stray, surrendered, sized or transferred from another Virginia releasing agency so it was placed in the other category.
