Other miscellaneous explanatory notes:

PPA traps over 400 stray cats annually for the purpose of spay and neuter. None of these cats would ever see the inside of a shelter and are not a part of the statistics that your organization tracks. But they impact the statistics you do track. "Free kittens" in every neighborhood, impacts how many animals get adopted from our shelters and local rescue organizations. Kittens "not chosen," end up continuing the cycle of never-ending litters of kittens.

TNR should be an Intigral part humane animal population control. These cats matter and need continued help to be a part of the solution.
