175 cats were trapped, spayed/neutered, vaccinated (including rabies), given an ear tip, and anything else deemed medically necessary by a Virginia-licensed veterinary clinic. They were then returned back to the colony in which they live. A caregiver provides them with daily food, water and shelter.

Other miscellaneous explanatory notes:

There was no transfer to/from any agencies. in June we prepared to move out of state and were only taking care of caretakers who could help themselves. Officially 01JAN25 we will no longer be operating in the state of Virginia.
