Other miscellaneous explanatory notes:

We were closed to intake and adoptions for 6 months due to FeLV being brought into the rescue from a foster home in order to vaccinate, booster and run multiple courses of testing. We were able to save 81% of the cats exposed by reacting quickly once it was discovered and find them homes after multiple negative tests. The 1 euthanasia and 6 of the died in care were cats who came from the foster home.
