Other miscellaneous explanatory notes:

We mostly take in feral cats and senior and hospice dogs. These dogs and cats generally stay with us for the remainder of their lives. We very rarely adopt out any dogs or cats. We lose several dogs and cats every year due to it being either their natural end of life or a medical issue they are facing has become too much and there is nothing more our vets can do to keep the dog/cat comfortable.
