Other miscellaneous explanatory notes:

CRVA hasn't actively taken in any Chesapeake Bay Retrievers in the last couple of years. We are here mainly to help educate owners and work with them to assist them in keeping their dogs. We do realize it is still our responsibility to complete this form and submit it on time.

I thank you for your email reminder as "life" has gotten a little more difficult and taxing these last few months and it totally slipped my mind.

I am also a member of the national rescue group, Chesapeake Bay Retriever Relief and Rescue.
